What They're Looking For.

Must Have

High school or equivalent diploma, Current valid BLS certification, Current valid EMT or Paramedic Certification, Current Active Athletic Trainer Certification

Nice to Have

Certified to teach first aid, Certified to teach CPR, Certified to teach AED training, Proficient in Microsoft Office, Experience with industrial wellness program, Experience managing musculoskeletal disorders, Experience managing ergonomics, Experience coaching on body mechanics, Work experience with OSHA regulations, Work experience with Workers Compensation, Proficient in digital recordkeeping, Six months job experience in Military as Combat Medic, Six months job experience in Military as Field Medic, Six months job experience in Military as Healthcare Specialist, Six months job experience in Navy as Hospital Corpsman, Six months job experience in Air Force as Aerospace Medical Service Technician

What You'll Do.

Provide first aid support

Make referrals to outside medical providers

Minimize AA risk of injury

Educate on injury risk

Engage on injury risk

Maintain records of care

Coordinate workers compensation program

Maintain workers compensation program

Coordinate return to work programs

Maintain return to work programs

Provide daily activity logs

Provide end of shift reports

Engage with AAs on operations floor

Provide coaching on at-risk work habits

Maintain clean working environment

Ensure medical supply inventory is maintained

Participate in training

Facilitate first aid classes

Facilitate CPR classes

Facilitate AED classes

Maintain first aid credentials

Maintain CPR credentials

Maintain AED credentials

Assist with random saliva drug testing

Maintain effective care delivery in emergencies

Assist emergency response at the site

Manage associates in English

Manage associates in Spanish

Support supervisory responsibilities
