Eligibility Requirements

Lift up to 49 pounds, Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, Stand/walk for up to 12 hours, Work in variable noise levels, Work in variable temperatures, Work in variable weather, Continuously climb and descend stairs, Work flexible shifts, Work days, nights, holidays, and/or weekends

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

High school or equivalent diploma, Current valid BLS certification, Current valid EMT or Paramedic Certification, Current active Athletic Trainer Certification

Nice to Have

Certified to teach first aid, CPR, and AED training, Proficient in Microsoft Office, Experience with an industrial wellness program, Experience managing musculoskeletal disorders, Experience with OSHA regulations, Experience with Workers Compensation, Proficient in digital recordkeeping, Six months job experience in the Military as a Combat Medic, Six months job experience as a Field Medic, Six months job experience as a Healthcare Specialist, Six months job experience as a Hospital Corpsman, Six months job experience as an Aerospace Medical Service Technician

What You'll Do.

Assess and administer first aid

Offer guidance on injuries or illnesses

Refer care to outside medical providers

Learn about OSHA regulations

Assist with all first aid needs

Support safety operations

Minimize AA risk of injury

Educate on health and wellness

Maintain records of care provided

Coordinate workers’ compensation programs

Coordinate return to work programs

Provide daily activity logs

Provide end of shift reports

Coach on at-risk work habits

Maintain a clean working environment

Maintain medical supply inventory

Participate in training

Facilitate first aid classes

Facilitate CPR classes

Facilitate AED classes

Maintain first aid credentials

Maintain CPR credentials

Maintain AED credentials

Assist with saliva drug testing protocols

Maintain effective care delivery in emergencies

Assist emergency response at the site
