What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school or equivalent diploma, Current valid BLS certification, Current valid EMT or Paramedic Certification, Six months job experience in Military as Combat Medic, Six months job experience in Military as Field Medic, Six months job experience in Military as Healthcare Specialist, Six months job experience in Military as Hospital Corpsman, Six months job experience in Military as Aerospace Medical Service Technician, Current active Athletic Trainer Certification
Nice to Have
Certified to teach first aid, CPR, and AED training, Proficient in Microsoft Office, Experience with an industrial wellness program, Experience managing musculoskeletal disorders, Experience managing ergonomics, Experience coaching on body mechanics, Demonstrated work experience with OSHA regulations, Demonstrated work experience with Workers Compensation
What You'll Do.
Assess and administer first aid
Offer guidance on injuries or illnesses
Refer care to outside medical providers
Assist with first aid needs
Support safety operations
Maintain records of care provided
Coordinate workers’ compensation programs
Coordinate return to work programs
Provide daily activity logs
Provide end of shift reports
Coach on at-risk work habits
Maintain a clean working environment
Maintain medical supply inventory
Participate in training
Facilitate first aid classes
Facilitate CPR classes
Facilitate AED classes
Maintain first aid credentials
Maintain CPR credentials
Maintain AED credentials
Assist with saliva drug testing
Maintain effective care delivery in emergencies
Assist emergency response
