Must Have

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Minimum of 2 years of experience in meeting/event management or a related industry, Ability to learn new technology solutions and work with multiple systems, Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office tools with the ability to learn new technology quickly, Ability to thrive in an agile, continuously changing environment, Physical ability to handle onsite demands, including standing and lifting

Nice to Have

Experience leading a team, Prior experience in high-touch client or VIP event management

Serve as primary onsite contact for events

Manage onsite logistics for registration

Ensure communication plans are in place
