Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Minimum of 2 years of experience in meeting/event management or a related industry, Ability to learn new technology solutions and work with multiple systems, Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office tools with the ability to learn new technology quickly, Ability to thrive in an agile, continuously changing environment, Physical ability to handle onsite demands, including standing and lifting
Nice to Have
Experience leading a team, Prior experience in high-touch client or VIP event management
What You'll Do.
Serve as primary onsite contact for events
Coordinate with catering
and transportation partners
Provide day-of-event support
Manage onsite logistics for registration
Implement crisis management procedures
Serve as liaison to clients for onsite logistics
Keep all stakeholders informed of changes
