What You'll Do.
Manage the deployment of Maritz onsite registration system and related ancillary services
and deployment of onsite registration systems and ancillary services
Leverage enterprise systems to update essential databases
design registration flows
and perform technical testing prior to deployment
Maintain equipment inventory
oversee setup timelines
provide system training
and monitor service performance while onsite
Support the planning and execution of mid‑sized onsite events related to registration systems and ancillary services
escalate issues for resolution
and document system behaviors and improvement opportunities
Mentor junior onsite team members through shadowing
