What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School or Equivalent, Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
Nice to Have
1+ years Lead experience in onsite labor productivity, Bilingual (English/Spanish)
What You'll Do.
Ensure safe and efficient operation of onsite by-product management system
Assist with development and implementation of solutions
Maintain effective and professional daily interaction with client associates
Conduct daily operational and equipment inspections
Oversee daily operations for sorting/handling/processing
Oversee safe and efficient operation of employees
Daily completion of waste-tracking forms and activity reports
Assist with implementation of new processes

Team & Collaboration
Maintain effective and professional daily interaction with client associates; Professional interaction with supplier subcontractors; Professional interaction with ALL members of client's workforce; Effective communication with both client and Interactive team; Provide assistance/education to client's employees
