What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree in Engineering or related discipline, ~20 years’ experience in project quality, performance, or EPC environments, background in quality assurance systems and KPI management, Experience on large-scale energy or infrastructure projects, Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and disciplines, communication and reporting skills in an international environment, working authorization in Italy prioritized

What You'll Do.
Define and manage project-wide quality KPIs
and performance reporting
Coordinate quality interfaces across EPC packages and disciplines
Lead quality data management and reporting systems
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean
Monitor Cost of Quality and performance trends
escalating key issues
Develop and deploy quality culture and competency programs
Govern digital tools and reporting processes supporting quality and performance
Act as interface with headquarters for performance feedback and reporting
