Degree in communication, journalism, digital media, political science, public policy, or a related field, Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English, Proven experience in social media management and community engagement, Experience in content creation, editorial planning, and newsletter production, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse, multicultural audiences, Analytical mindset with experience in monitoring and reporting performance metrics
Nice to Have
additional EU languages are an asset, LinkedIn preferred, Interest in EU affairs, international cooperation, or alumni/community networks is an advantage, Experience with EC Newsroom or similar newsletters is desirable

Facilitate communication and engagement
Moderate discussions in LinkedIn Groups
Approve membership requests
Ensure adherence to community guidelines
and execute content calendar
Conduct interviews with alumni
Edit submissions for magazine editions
and distribute newsletters
Apply best practices in social media management
Track and analyze growth metrics
Provide insights and reports
