Full Job Description
ONLINE MARKETEER (HYBRID) At Deeploy, we help organizations roll out AI they can trust. As our Online Marketeer, you'll build the engine that turns a strong product into a recognisable brand and a predictable pipeline. In a market where most players sound the same, your job is to make sure we don't. This is a hands-on role for someone who can write sharp copy, run campaigns end-to-end, and think clearly about positioning. You'll work directly with the Head of Marketing and closely with sales, leadership, and external partners, and you'll be the one making sure everything moves fast and coheres into something bigger. WHY DEEPLOY? AI is being rolled out everywhere, but most of it is a black box. Deeploy exists to change that. We build the technical foundation that makes AI truly responsible: helping companies detect, understand, and prevent the harms caused by misaligned AI systems before they impact the real world. We're an AI-native team. That means we don't just build for AI, we aim to be a frontrunner in our own work. We're constantly rethinking how we operate, and we expect everyone on the team to be part of that evolution. WHAT YOU WILL DO Inbound & pipeline - Drive inbound pipeline growth with a focus on quality: MQL/SQL conversion rate, funnel velocity, and attribution - Brief and manage paid media agencies and website optimisation partners, and report on performance Content & organic visibility - Own our presence across search and LLMs; build and run AI-native workflows for research, GEO, and competitor monitoring - Produce high-quality copy at pace across website, social, email, and campaigns Product marketing - Turn product developments into compelling marketing material with launches that land with clarity Campaigns & team alignment - Design and run themed campaigns with a clear narrative, measurable goals, and cross-team buy-in - Rally sales, events, and leadership around each campaign, including supporting LinkedIn content for senior stakeholders WHO WE'
