What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Medical Physics Degree, at least 5 years of clinical experience
Nice to Have
Exposure or additional experience in Sales or Marketing
What You'll Do.
Drive commercialization and delivery of Oncology Lifecycle Services
Shape and execute Elekta ONE strategy
Support pre- and post-sales activities
Influence smart workflow transformation
Provide continuous consultative clinical approach
Develop network of external KOLs
Participate in Treatment planning Challenges
conferences and seminars
Execute pre-sales solution value propositions post-sales
Drive advanced adoption of Elekta’s offering
Develop clinical & operational Proof points
Develop tools & scripts for messaging
Support regional marketing plans
Assist sales teams in bringing deals to closure
Support pipeline development and forecast reporting
Achieve unit/volume sales
Adhere to Elekta Sales Methodology
Develop understanding of client’s vision
Drive familiarization of established accounts with new products
Demonstrate new products and services offerings

Team & Collaboration
Working closely with the Regional Head; Partnering with Sales, Service Delivery, and Marketing; Through cross-functional teams; In collaboration with service clinical experts; Together with the SE Head for REU; Work in conjunction with Elekta sales teams
