What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, healthcare, or related field, 10+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, 3-5+ years' experience in oncology, planning & organizational skills, ability to work efficiently and effectively in a dynamic environment, independent researching skills, Ability to influence without authority and drive towards a goal across multiple stakeholders, Effective time management skills, Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and responsibilities of increasing scope and complexity, Reliability, independence and punctuality, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Self-motivated, accountable, passionate, committed, invested in the business, interpersonal skills, Ability to identify problems early and seek innovative solutions, Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
Nice to Have
Advanced scientific degree (MD, MSc or PhD) and/or MBA, Specific training in marketing, forecasting/analytics, management consulting and leading teams, Bilingualism (English / French), Experience supporting late-stage development, launch planning, or commercialization of oncology therapies

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Interfacing with global asset team and regional asset teams; Work cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory and Business Intelligence; Serve as the Canadian commercial lead for all oncology assets / indications on global and regional teams; Translate Canadian market insights into actionable strategy for local and global/regional teams; Partner with local Medical and Clinical teams; Lead the cross-functional team for Canada for market landscape assessments; Collaborate with Business Intelligence to develop robust Canadian forecasts; Serve as a key integrator across Oncology Commercial Leadership, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Business Intelligence; Drive alignment and integrated strategic plan development across stakeholders
