Accountabilities: * Work collaboratively with the Pharmacy and Oncology teams to provide patient-centered care * Provide drug information to physicians, nurses and other clinicians to enhance patient care * Clinical review and verification of all medication orders for patients in the ambulatory oncology clinic * Provide education to patients to promote optimal drug use * Mentor Pharmacy residents, students and interns * Supervise the preparation of chemotherapy * Resolve day-to-day clinical and operational issues * Oncology Clinic operations support * Participates in oncology program quality improvement initiatives * Other duties as assigned ## Qualifications * Currently lic
