What You'll Do.
assisting the client onboarding
other processes within Fund Administration
support the onboarding of new clients
monitoring onboarding progress
daily onboarding‑related activities to ensure timely completion
preparation and completion of Service Agreements
handle client requests and queries
bank account opening processes for onboarding clients
Update and maintain the client database
preparation of Client KYC onboarding files
preparation of minutes and documentation for New Business Acceptance Committee meetings

Purpose of the Job The Onboarding Trainee will be trained and responsible for assisting the client onboarding, Client KYC and other processes within Fund Administration. Main Responsibilities * Work closely with the Onboarding Assistant Manager and Client AML/KYC Team to support the onboarding of new clients. * Assist in monitoring onboarding progress and support daily onboarding‑related activities to ensure timely completion. * Support the preparation and completion of Service Agreements, and handle client requests and queries in a professional and timely manner. * Assist with bank account opening processes for onboarding clients, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders as required. * Update and maintain the client database, ensuring accurate tracking of progress and documentation status. * Assist in the preparation of Client KYC on
