What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years sales or account management experience, Experience managing multiple projects and priorities, Experience analyzing data to make business decisions, Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
Nice to Have
Experience delivering cross functional projects, Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tool, Experience in launching new products, Experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders, Automotive industry knowledge or dealership experience
What You'll Do.
Own end-to-end onboarding process for new dealerships
Guide dealerships through implementation
Serve as primary point of contact for dealers
Build trust and maintain clear communication
Escalate and resolve blockers quickly
Partner closely with internal teams
Align on onboarding milestones
Resolve issues at the root cause
Identify gaps and inefficiencies in onboarding process
Develop scalable solutions
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Track and report on onboarding KPIs
Project manage new dealers through full onboarding lifecycle
Resolve onboarding blockers
Escalate issues to appropriate teams
Identify and implement process improvements
