What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Seniority and confidence to handle business-specific communication with clearing brokers, custodians, and asset managers., Experience in post-trade settlement processes within the buy-side / asset management environment., Solid understanding of financial instruments, including equities, fixed income, ETDs, and OTC derivatives., Familiarity with data interfacing, mapping, and data/interface requirements., General knowledge of testing processes (e.g., unit testing, system integration testing) and project delivery requirements., At least 5 years of experience managing projects within asset servicing operations., Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Nice to Have
Ideally fluent in the client’s local language (in addition to English), with an understanding of cultural nuances., Location aligned with the client’s region (e.g., EMEA for European clients).
What You'll Do.
Take overall responsibility for ASH onboarding project management.
Coordinate onboarding activities across multiple teams
including Product Management
as well as AFT and Bottomline.
Lead communication with the client regarding all assigned responsibilities.
Define and maintain regular reporting and risk analysis in collaboration with the Outreach PM and the client’s Program Manager.
Coordinate testing activities with SimCorp teams and execute test planning aligned with the overall project plan.
Work closely with the Validation & Testing (V&T) stream and the wider project/product team to define integration test scope and requirements.
Coordinate requests for sample data and ensure timely availability.
Manage client change requests related to integration scope and participating parties.

Consolidate effort estimations for outreach
and testing activities in partnership with relevant teams.
