Full Job Description
**Job Opening: Onboarding Specialist** **Location:** Remote (Working US Hours - 9am-5pm EST) **Type:** Full-Time ### Key Responsibilities * Lead and facilitate onboarding training sessions for new hires/clients (e.g., BCBAs, RBTs, and administrative staff) * Develop, maintain, and improve onboarding and training materials (SOPs, guides, videos, presentations) * Ensure new employees are fully trained on internal systems (e.g., Rethink, scheduling platforms, communication tools) * Conduct system walk-throughs and hands-on training to ensure competency * Partner with clinical leadership to ensure training aligns with clinical standards and expectations * Track and monitor training completion and employee readiness before they begin working with clients * Provide ongoing support and follow-up training as needed post-onboarding * Identify knowledge gaps and continuously improve training programs and processes * Assist with onboarding coordination (documentation, scheduling, system setup) as needed * Act as the primary point of contact for new hires during their onboarding and initial training period **Requirements** * 2+ years of experience in training, onboarding, or employee enablement (healthcare or ABA preferred) * Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and train diverse teams * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Highly organized with strong attention to detail * Comfortable using and training others on multiple systems and software * Ability to simplify complex processes into clear, easy-to-understand training * Proactive, patient, and supportive approach to training **Benefits** 1.
