Full Job Description

**Position:** Onboarding Specialist **Location:** Remote (South Africa, US Hours) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST **Salary:** South African Rand (ZAR) ### Key Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outreach * Present and promote products or services to prospective clients * Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers * Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions * Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets * Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems * Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to support lead generation efforts * Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions * Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management * Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) * Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools * Strong organizational and time management abilities * Self-motivated with a results-driven approach * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Willingness to travel as needed * Knowledge of the industry or product category is an advantage **Benefits** 1.
