ABOUT BLOCKIT Blockit is a Sequoia-backed AI time agent. It learns your preferences and can autonomously coordinate meetings to any degree of complexity — timezones, group scheduling, IRL, and more — similar to an executive assistant, but one that never goes to sleep and responds instantly. It is the foundation of a massive platform of AI agents that will have access to the world’s time. The more people who link their calendars to Blockit, the more powerful our network becomes. THE ROLE Blockit is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to own the early prospect and customer experience. This entry-level role plays a critical part in the prospect and customer journey, and can grow into many different areas within Sales, Post Sales, and beyond. You’ll be the first person new customers interact with after signing up — getting them set up, unlocking the product quickly, and making sure they’re seeing real value. You’ll also support pilots and GTM efforts, helping close customers by showing them what Blockit can do firsthand. You’ll work directly with founders, feed insights back to engineering and product, and help shape the onboarding playbook as we scale.
