About the role As a Client Onboarding Project Manager at Optimove, you will own and drive complex onboarding implementation projects end to end. You will work directly with clients, manage timelines and technical requirements, and coordinate across internal teams to ensure successful delivery from project inception through launch and handover, with a strong focus on time-to-value and client outcomes. Responsibilities Manage complex onboarding implementation projects for enterprise and large customers across various verticals (gaming, eCommerce, Forex, and others). Own all aspects of project delivery, from kickoff through completion and transition to Business as Usual. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and expectation management.
