Must Have
0–2 years of experience in provider credentialing, healthcare administration, or related recent graduates with relevant internship experience, attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry and document management, Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, Ability to follow established workflows, learn new systems quickly, and escalate complex cases appropriately, Genuine enthusiasm for Allara's mission and a desire to learn and grow within the healthcare operations field
Nice to Have
Familiarity with credentialing platforms such as CAQH or Verifiable, Familiarity with data management tools such as Airtable

You will work closely with Specialists and Team Leads to ensure provider data is accurate, applications are submitted on time, and operations run smoothly, playing a foundational role in enabling Allara's providers to deliver exceptional care to patients.
