Preparing, reviewing, and coordinating agreements and onboarding documentation. Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and timely progress. Gaining a deep understanding of clients’ business models, including crypto-related use cases, and applying strong product and technical knowledge. Building and maintaining professional, long-term relationships to ensure an excellent client experience. Managing the end-to-end merchant and account registration process with internal teams and external contractors. Working closely with Risk and AML teams to ensure all client profiles meet regulatory and internal compliance standardsProviding first-line approvals as part of the company’s first line of defense.
