Must Have

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3-6 years client-facing experience, Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects, Stakeholder management skills, Current authorization to work in the United States

Nice to Have

Experience with project management tools, Experience in SaaS, legal technology, or legal operations, Familiarity with eBilling or legal operations workflows, Curiosity for AI tools, Experience in a fast-paced startup

What You'll Do.

Own and manage onboarding of enterprise clients

Guide clients through implementation and adoption

Lead clients through onboarding projects

and timelines remain on track

Partner with stakeholders to remove blockers

Serve as primary point of contact

Lead kick-off meetings

Lead training sessions

Build trusted relationships with stakeholders

Maintain client relationships

Develop expertise in PERSUIT platform

Guide clients through system setup

Guide clients through configuration

Guide clients through data readiness

Guide clients through adoption activities

Support technical requirements

Contribute to support ticket resolution

Contribute to troubleshooting with users

Contribute to evolution of onboarding playbooks

Contribute to evolution of documentation

Contribute to evolution of processes

Contribute to evolution of client communications

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency

Identify opportunities to improve scalability

Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes

Leverage AI for streamlining workflows
