Relevant experience in the onboarding space in BFS domain, operations background, experience in process simplification and managing large scale transformations

# **Job Description** **Purpose of the role** To deliver HR services and support to Barclays colleagues, candidates, alumni and third-party vendors. **Accountabilities** * Delivery and execution of HR operational activities aligned with people leader and colleague journeys aligned with bank policies and regulations, including performance management, rewards, benefits and learning operations documentation, coordination, and administration. * On- and offboarding of new employees, (including orientation, documentation, coordination, exit interviews), knowledge transfer performance, rewards, learning operations and related administration. * Maintenance of colleague personal and reference data in relevant HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations, reporting and analytics. * Provision of guidance and support on candidate, colleague and alumni queries relating to HR policies, procedures, processes, or guidance. **Vice President Expectations** * To contribute or set strategy, drive requirements and make recommendations for change. Plan resources, budgets, and policies; manage and maintain policies/ processes; deliver continuous improvements and escalate breaches of policies/procedures.. * If managing a team, they define jobs and responsibilities, planning for the department’s future needs and operations, counselling employees on performance and contributing to employee pay decisions/changes.
