Must Have
Experience in managing global Hiring and Onboarding processes, In depth understanding of the background verification process, vendor management and regulatory compliance requirements, Exceptional communication and influencing skills, Ability to use data driven insights to make decisions and drive improvements, Basic AI knowledge and copilot skills
Nice to Have
Relevant experience in the onboarding space in BFS domain, operations background, experience in process simplification and managing large scale transformations
What You'll Do.
Delivery and execution of HR operational activities aligned with people leader and colleague journeys aligned with bank policies and regulations
including performance management
benefits and learning operations documentation
On- and offboarding of new employees
(including orientation
knowledge transfer performance
learning operations and related administration.
Maintenance of colleague personal and reference data in relevant HR information systems
ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations
reporting and analytics.
Provision of guidance and support on candidate
colleague and alumni queries relating to HR policies
