Must Have
Experience in managing global Hiring and Onboarding processes, In depth understanding of the background verification process, vendor management and regulatory compliance requirements, Exceptional communication and influencing skills, Ability to use data driven insights to make decisions and drive improvements, Basic AI knowledge and copilot skills
Nice to Have
Relevant experience in the onboarding space in BFS domain, operations background, experience in process simplification and managing large scale transformations

Deliver HR services and support to Barclays colleagues

Delivery and execution of HR operational activities aligned with people leader and colleague journeys
On- and offboarding of new employees
Maintenance of colleague personal and reference data in relevant HR information systems
Provision of guidance and support on candidate
colleague and alumni queries relating to HR policies
Spearhead the evolution of our digital landscape
