ONBOARDING COORDINATOR We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical employee Onboarding Coordinator to join our team. In this role your contributions will ensure that the employee onboarding team can consistently and quickly provide a high-quality and engaging welcoming experience to SpaceX new hires. Your efforts will also help maximize the employee onboarding team's potential and impact. RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure that new hires have a seamless onboarding experience from the moment they have accepted an offer Schedule and prepare for weekly new hire orientation across all sites Communicate with all internal stakeholders regarding the status of new hires Verify the employment eligibility of all new hires Evaluate current processes and implement improvements to streamline our onboarding experience Provide outstanding service to our new hires by responding in a timely manner to their questions Track, maintain, and order onboarding supplies as needed Work collaboratively with other team members to actively source new development resources as needed based on requests from fellow team members, the HR team, or people managers Perform other duties as assigned BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree 1+ years of professional experience in marketing, human resources, customer service, or an administrative capacity PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Experience with HR, recruiting, and/or onboarding Experience working daily in applicant tracking and human resources information systems Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to appropriately prioritize tasks Ability to learn quickly on the job and work in a dynamic organization with rapidly changing needs H
