Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of relevant experience in onboarding, human resources, or recruiting
Nice to Have
Previous data entry experience
What You'll Do.
Serve as primary point of contact for new hires
Guide new hires through onboarding process
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers
Monitor applicant tracking system
Order and track pre-employment screenings
Manage I-9 compliance
Ensure system logins and access are set up
Manage and troubleshoot ATS access issues
Disposition candidates
Partner with HR and Legal
Ensure adherence to FCRA
Maintain data integrity
Track and report new hire progress
Identify opportunities to improve onboarding
Handle daily organizational and administrative tasks
Manage travel arrangements
Analyze and audit data
Maintain high level of customer service
Communicate in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate and timely responses
Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks
