Must Have
Experience in client-facing or customer success roles, preferably in SaaS, advertising, or media., communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly., Demonstrated organizational and project management skills to manage multiple clients and timelines simultaneously., Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Zoom, and MS Office/Google Suite., Track and manage all onboarding activities in Salesforce., Update onboarding status, oversee client setup, and accurately log client goals, use cases, and interactions., Confirm client satisfaction and adoption at the end of the onboarding process., Seamlessly transition the partnership over to the account team with full context and documentation.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with digital media, publishing, or advertising technology is a plus.
What You'll Do.
Ensure our newest publisher partners have a smooth
and successful first experience with MediaRadar.
Guiding clients through their first 90 days
educating them on best practices
and setting them up for long-term success.
Encourage customer engagement via centralized outreach & proactive client education efforts.
Own the client relationship from the point of sale through Customer Success handoff (first 90 days).
Lead client kickoff calls
30- and 60-day adoption calls
and partnership reviews.
Develop a deep understanding of publishers’ business needs and align MediaRadar’s platform with their goals.
Support clients in defining success milestones and achieving value with a high-touch
hands-on approach that builds confidence and independence.
proactively identify disengaged accounts or users
and drive re-engagement efforts.
Provide educational materials and best practices to help clients maximize outcomes.
Track and manage all onboarding activities in Salesforce.
Update onboarding status
and accurately log client goals
Confirm client satisfaction and adoption at the end of the onboarding process.
Seamlessly transition the partnership over to the account team with full context and documentation.
Run point on centralized segment outreach initiatives and collaborate with client partners towards targeted customer engagement.
