Experience supporting retail technology or in-store deployments, Familiarity with training or onboarding store teams, Prior experience in contractor or field-based roles
What You'll Do.
Support end-to-end testing of Caper Carts
Assist with cart setup
Execute key in-store tasks
Provide on-site support during launch
Troubleshoot issues in real time
Assist customers and store teams with Caper Cart
Reinforce best practices
Support Implementation team by reinforcing training
Ensure store teams are confident in core workflows
Assist with train-the-trainer execution
Maintain cart readiness
Identify and escalate issues
Provide feedback on store performance
Partner with Implementation Managers and Ops Leads
Support communication between store teams and internal stakeholders
Adapt to evolving deployment strategies
Support continuous improvement efforts
