Must Have
Hands-on, Detail-oriented, Comfortable working independently, Enjoy working directly with store teams and customers, Take ownership of work, Experience in retail, field operations, or customer-facing roles, Communication and problem-solving skills, Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, in-store environment, Comfortable with light technical troubleshooting, Learning new tools, Ability to travel in-market (within 2.5 hours) regularly, Flexibility to travel out-of-market (within U.S.) up to 40% of the time
Nice to Have
Experience supporting retail technology, Experience in-store deployments, Familiarity with training store teams, Familiarity with onboarding store teams, Prior experience in contractor roles, Prior experience in field-based roles
What You'll Do.
Support end-to-end testing of Caper Carts
Assist with cart setup
Execute key in-store tasks
Provide on-site support during launch
Troubleshoot issues in real time
Assist customers with Caper Cart usage
Assist store teams with Caper Cart usage
Reinforce best practices
Reinforce training with store associates
Ensure store teams are confident in core workflows
Assist with “train-the-trainer” execution
Maintain cart readiness
Identify and escalate issues
Provide feedback on store performance
Provide feedback on opportunities for improvement
Partner with Implementation Managers
Partner with Ops Leads
Support communication between store teams and internal stakeholders
Adapt to evolving deployment strategies
Support continuous improvement efforts
