Demonstrated knowledge of all project management concepts and principles, verbal and written communication and presentation skills, Ability to manipulate datasets in Excel, Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be comfortable standing/walking for majority of work day, Ability to travel 90% of time, Customer/vendor credentialing is required
Nice to Have
Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred, CAPM preferred, Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare supply chain channels and clinical operations preferred
What You'll Do.
Executing implementations of WaveMark Solutions at customer facilities
Provide oversight for and perform tasks associated with improving customers’ inventory management practices
and system configuration
managing facility specific project plans
delivering high-quality outcomes
Coordinate onsite implementation of WaveMark RFID and Medical Consumables solutions
executing against pre-defined scope
creating and managing detailed department-level project plans
coordinating customer rollouts
leading internal customer handoff
Perform WaveMark system setup and uploads to support operational readiness
Perform quality control during the deployment phase
coordination with project teams to validate installation integrity
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
supporting a cross functional project team within the WaveMark Project Management Office; collaboration with stakeholders; Resolve conflicts across project team members and customers; Manage and assign tasks to onsite project resources; coordinating daily activities; monitoring performance; ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives; coordination with project teams; facilitate project meetings; documentation of decisions, action items, and risks; Capture, distribute, and maintain meeting notes; follow‑up on assigned action items; Maintain and update project plans, schedules, and trackers; Manage project documentation and repositories; Conduct lessons learned sessions with WaveMark project team
Communication Scope
verbal and written communication and presentation skills; Regularly communicates with internal and external stakeholders; weekly status reporting; communicate project status (health, forecast, issues, risks, etc. ) to stakeholders in an open and honest fashion; documentation of decisions, action items, and risks; Capture, distribute, and maintain meeting notes
Process & Methodology
planning and execution throughout a project lifecycle, creating and managing detailed department-level project plans, risk management, assessment of potential impacts, development of effective mitigation plans, project team is at pace and on budget, balancing competing project constraints including but not limited to scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risk, project management concepts and principles, Prioritize multiple projects, communicate project status (health, forecast, issues, risks, etc. ) to stakeholders, scheduling, agenda preparation, documentation of decisions, action items, and risks, Maintain and update project plans, schedules, and trackers to reflect scope, timelines, dependencies, and status changes, Manage project documentation and repositories to ensure version control and accessibility for stakeholders, Track project milestones, deliverables, and proactively flag risks or schedule impacts
