Assist Construction Managers

Assist Project Managers

Perform day-to-day office duties

Upload and maintain Projects

Upload and maintain Contracts

Monitor status of small projects

Communicate with customers

Communicate with sale reps

Ensure required engineering is performed

Coordinate customer's labor requirements

Ensure customer receives material

Report project status to managers

Process change orders

File Certificate of Insurance

File Warranty Letters

Process billing back-ups

Handle customer disputes

Handle contract disputes

Coordinate delivery of equipment

Coordinate delivery of close-out documents

Create purchase orders for subcontractors

Procure project schedules

Verify project schedules

Attend work in progress meetings

Track pertinent documentation
