Our office in Luxembourg is notably recognised for its expertise in Investment Funds, Corporate M &A, Banking & Finance, Dispute Resolution, Real Estate and Tax._ ## **On-Site IT Support Officer – CDI** At Loyens & Loeff, we are looking for a new team member to join our IT department as an On-Site IT Support Officer. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our IT environment by providing first- and second-line support to our internal users and maintaining our IT infrastructure. Working closely with the ICT team and under the supervision of the IT Director, you will contribute to delivering reliable, efficient, and user-focused IT services across the Luxembourg office. ### **_Main responsibilities of the role include:_** * Provide second-line IT support to internal users, answering queries and resolving incidents efficiently; * Install, configure and maintain hardware, software, systems and peripherals; * Prepare and configure IT equipment for new joiners (onboarding) and manage user access rights; * Monitor and ensure the availability and performance of IT systems and infrastructure; * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems when needed; * Provide on-site support for meeting rooms and events (AV equipment, connectivity, troubleshooting); * Manage IT assets (laptops, mobile devices, accessories) and support related administration; * Identify recurring issues, propose improvement
