Must Have

8+ years of experience with system administration, HS diploma or GED, Must have REALID or active passport, Must be able to pass background investigation

Nice to Have

BS degree Computer Science, BS degree Electronics Engineering, BS degree other engineering or technical discipline

What You'll Do.

Troubleshoot IT customer issues

Position self to set up computers

Connect/pull cords under desks

Transport equipment to buildings

Communicate with customers

Diagnose hardware/software issues

Resolve customer issues

Provision newly procured endpoints

Perform desktop support

Perform adds/moves/changes

Install COTS software

Provide user management account support

Perform software application installation

Configure software applications

Utilize system administration tools

Diagnose system hardware problems

Diagnose system software problems

Repair system components

Re-configure system components

Replace system components

Discover inadequacies

Provide recommendations for expansion

Provide recommendations for enhancement

Provide recommendations for revision

Troubleshoot performance issues

Deploy software packages

Perform inventory functions

Manage equipment turn-ins

Perform media sanitization

Perform routine audits

Determine system utilization

Determine system adequacy
