The opportunity: The People team is at the heart of Flexport's growth, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain the best talent to redefine global trade. As an Onsite Human Resources Manager, you will be the dedicated HR leader for our brand new Pleasant Prairie Fulfillment Center. This is a hands-on role where you will partner directly with FC leadership, managing all HR functions for a large, dynamic workforce. You'll be instrumental in shaping the employee experience, fostering a positive culture, and ensuring our operations run smoothly and compliantly. You will: Serve as the primary HR partner for the Pleasant Prairie Fulfillment Center, advising leadership on all people-related matters. Manage the full employee lifecycle for our workforce, including, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. Lead employee relations efforts, conducting investigations, mediating conflicts, and ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
