Essential Job functions: * Assist in monitoring legal actions to which SMG is a party, including review and research of legal bases of claims, timely filings, calendaring appearances, coordinating efforts of outside counsel, and maintaining documentation. * Assist in various corporate transactions and governance by preparing and maintaining agendas, minutes, resolutions, amendments, committee charters, closing documents for business acquisitions and/or real estate transactions.
