What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, project management, operations, logistics, supply chain or related field, 5+ years of program or project management experience, Experience owning program strategy, managing end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership, Experience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent, Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or a related field, Comply with all applicable Japanese transportation laws, labor standards, road traffic regulations, and occupational safety requirements
Nice to Have
2+ years of driving process improvements experience, Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field, Experience in a high volume, high production operations environment, 1+ years of implementing safety standards experience, Experience in regulatory frameworks and policy analysis methodologies
