Tagaddod is looking for a proactive and results-driven On-Ground Sales Representative based in Cairo. You will be the face of our company on the ground, responsible for promoting our innovative waste management solutions to clients across the city. Your role will be crucial in expanding Tagaddod's presence and contributing to our mission of creating sustainable environmental impact. In this position, you will engage directly with potential customers, explain product benefits, and build strong customer relationships to drive sales growth. ### Responsibilities * Identify and approach potential clients and businesses in the Cairo area. * Present and effectively communicate Tagaddod's services and value proposition. * Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and referrals. * Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for market expansion. * Keep updated on market trends and competitor activities and report observations to the management team. * Achieve or surpass sales targets and contribute to overall company growth. * Accurately document sales activities and client interactions. **Requirements** * Experience in on-ground sales or equivalent customer-facing roles. * Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. * Ability to build and sustain customer relationships effectively. * Self-driven and goal-oriented with a proactive approach. * Interest in sustainability and environmental solutions is desirable. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. * Willingness to travel around Cairo as required. **Benefits** The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
