YOUR MISSION Glovo launched Glovo On-Demand in 2022, a new vertical that helps our partners deliver orders created in their own channels (website, phone, application) via Glovo’s fleet. As an On-Demand Country Lead, you will be the lead in Portugal for growing the On-Demand business. THE JOURNEY Be the country manager for logistics as a service - this primarily means sales and account management, but you will also have a role 360 role and help to coordinate financial control and profitability, operational needs, necessary tech developments/ adaptations, etc. * Manage a small team of junior account managers and salespeople * Act as the bridge between the local AM team and On-Demand HQ * Prioritize top accounts in each country, identify the solutions that each partner needs (working closely with local AMs), and develop an action plan for how to target and pitch them.
