Full Job Description
**VAWA Advisor (ON-CALL Role) - Housing & Community Development** Your passion is supporting communities by advancing safe, stable housing solutions and applying best practices to serve survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking, as well as low- and moderate-income families. At ICF, you can put that passion into action by joining our team of experts working with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to provide specialized technical assistance grounded in Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) requirements and protections. In this role, you will bring deep expertise in VAWA compliance, survivor-centered approaches, and housing protections to support federal housing programs. You will help grantees and stakeholders strengthen policies, procedures, and service delivery to ensure alignment with VAWA regulations and best practices for serving survivors. This position is **ON-CALL (part-time with variable hours)** and fully remote. Assignments are made on a demand-response basis, so hours are flexible and project-driven.
