High school diploma, 1+ year experience Lead Teacher, Knowledge of child development, Experience with diapering, Familiarity with toilet training, Communication skills with children, Ability to manage challenging behaviors, First Aid & CPR certification
Nice to Have
1+ year as Center Director, Experience managing multi-age groups, Associate's or Bachelor's degree, Child Development Associate credential
