As an OMT RAM NPI RDA Application Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for enabling inspection and application solutions, along with data analysis, to support DRAM new product introduction and high volume manufacturing. You will play a key role in driving manufacturing readiness, yield improvement, and data driven decision making through close collaboration with cross functional engineering, manufacturing, and supplier teams. In this role, you will contribute to the development and deployment of application strategies that enable robust inline monitoring, effective defect detection, and yield learning across critical process stages. By analyzing manufacturing and inspection data, you will support root cause investigations and drive continuous yield improvement initiatives that enhance production stability and overall product performance. You will also work with global partners to support technology transfers, evaluate new capabilities and tools, and continuously evolve methodologies to meet changing manufacturing requirements, ultimately strengthening manufacturing robustness, improving cycle time, and enabling sustainable yield performance for advanced DRAM technologies. **Responsibilities** * Develop, qualify, and sustain inspection and application solutions to support DRAM NPI and high‑volume manufacturing. * Enable robust inline monitoring strategies to support effective defect detection, yield learning, and early issue identification across critical process steps. * Analyze manufacturing, inspection, and yield data to identify trends, gaps, and potential yield limiters. * Support root cause investigations for yield excursions and proc
