What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital commerce or a related majority, 6 years’ experience as KAM of digital Commerce in FMCG industry, commercial acumen, including budget management, performance tracking, and investment plans, Solid understanding of online shoppers/ digital commerce fundamentals, including the digital path to purchase, Experience using data, insights and KPIs to diagnose performance and drive commercial decisions, Ability to work independently and effectively within a matrix organisation, stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills, both internally and externally, Clear, confident communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
Nice to Have
Familiarity with digital commerce analytics or digital shelf tools, Experience partnering with customer media or retailer media networks or collaborating on digital activation plans, curiosity for digital commerce trends, shopper behaviour and evolving online retail models

Lead omnichannel business across platforms
Drive business across relevant platforms
Partner cross-functionally to ensure brands win
Manage omnichannel business across platforms
Deliver objective & KPIs with end-to-end strategy
Develop omnichannel plan
Lead Joint Business Plan (JBP) of each platforms
Manage omnichannel digital shelf based on shopper behaviour
Ensure Haleon’s digital shelf guidance
Collaborate with performance marketing manager
Ensure conversion-focused campaign execution
Drive omnichannel media/ activation / promotion efficiency
Evaluate and optimize omnichannel investment
Deliver competitive ROI
Responsible for Haleon Livestream across all platforms/ portfolios
Develop annual Livestream plan sync with customers’ activations
Responsible for the ROI of livestream investment
Work closely with marketing team
Ensure brand representation aligns with brand’s guidelines
