This role plays a key part in driving sales, strengthening our brand presence, and ensuring consistent execution across all touchpoints – from owned stores to partner locations. You’ll lead a network of store managers, work closely with cross-functional teams, and bring a strong commercial lens to everything you do. **Key responsibilities:** **Driving performance** * Deliver and exceed key commercial KPIs including revenue, sell-out and profitability * Monitor trading across your district and take action to optimise performance * Identify opportunities to grow revenue and improve margins across channels **Leading and developing teams** * Lead, coach and develop a team of store managers across multiple locations * Build a high-performing, engaged team aligned to brand standards and goals * Support talent development and succession across your district **Elevating the consumer experience** * Ensure a consistent, high-quality in-store experience across all channels * Act as a role model in delivering personalised and engaging customer service * Drive strong execution across visual merchandising, product, and operations **Managing the store network** * Oversee performance across owned, franchise and partner stores * Support store openings, closures and portfolio optimisation * Build strong relationships with partners and influence improvements in-store **Driving consistency and standards** * Ensure compliance with brand standards, tools and operational processes * Partne
