Nice to Have
Previous order pulling experience, Previous RF scanner experience
What You'll Do.
Perform OMNI functions
Lead Omni team members
Establish operational efficiencies
Maintain policies and procedures
Deliver outstanding member experience
Administer digital initiatives
Process Member orders
Pull merchandise from pick list
Move merchandise from sales floor
Update merchandise locations
Maintain consistency and organization
Pick orders from sales floor
Communicate problems with inventory
Communicate problems with equipment
Recommend process improvements
Identify expired items
Identify short dated items
Communicate concerns with Club Leadership
Pick orders in timely manner
Meet productivity requirements
Ensure service level agreements are met
Handle spoiled products
Process returns to club
Review daily OMNI reporting
Review weekly OMNI reporting
Meet OMNI productivity expectations
Review ordering of supplies
Review replenishment of supplies
Maintain proper dress code attire
Perform other duties as assigned
