Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM), 8 years of engineering experience, U. S. Citizen

Nice to Have

Degree in engineering, Experience in the aerospace industry, An advanced degree with 7+ years of experience in engineering, Demonstrated understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM), Extensive knowledge of project management and related disciplines, Proven ability to identify connections and assess the potential impact of projects, programs, or systems, leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams to achieve goals

What You'll Do.

Collaborate with ASE’s OME Repair Program team to establish and align a repair plan for F100

Drive cross-program priority efforts to ensure repair plans are executed according to aligned priorities

Manage budget allocations and ensure effective oversight of repair task budgets

Provide regular financial and Earned Value (EV) status updates

Partner with ASE’s project team to monitor module health

Support ASE’s program team to meet or exceed ASE ME program flight plans
