What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1 year operations experience, Experience in manufacturing environment, Experience in high performing work team, Basic computer knowledge, Good eye/hand coordination, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Ability to complete records accurately, Ability to generate reports using computer, Full body mobility, Ability to move about production environment, Bending, squatting, stooping, pushing, pulling, climbing, twisting, Lifting up to 50 pounds, Pushing/pulling up to 80 pounds, Ability to interact with consumers, Work weekends, holidays, and/or overtime
Nice to Have
Previous distilling experience, Experience with autonomous maintenance, Equipment troubleshooting experience, SAP systems knowledge, Understanding of TTB compliance, Experience with TPM tools, Experience running Continuous Improvement teams
What You'll Do.
Operate equipment in distilling
Communicate effectively with visitors
Monitor fermentation process
Make adjustments to distillation column
Maintain logs and records
Handle bulk whiskey shipments
Perform SAP transactions
Promote accident prevention
Adhere to safety guidelines
Participate in training
Identify and eliminate hazards
Maintain communication with Health & Safety Manager
Provide assistance to other areas
Contribute to collaborative atmosphere
Communicate professionally with colleagues
Communicate professionally with contractors
Communicate professionally with guests
