Must Have

Graduation from accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in human services, social science, business, or related field, Two years of full-time qualifying experience in social and rehabilitative services teaching and counseling persons with social medical eligibility, or entitlement programs, Three years and six months of full-time qualifying experience in social and rehabilitative services teaching and counseling persons with social medical eligibility, or entitlement programs, Twelve semester hours of graduate study may substitute for each year of required college, One additional year of full-time qualifying experience may substitute for each year (30 semester hours) of required college, Ability to lift/carry 10 pounds

What You'll Do.

Oversee OIB Service Specialists

Teach customers core skills

Assess customers' level of functioning

Determine eligibility

Develop independent living plan

Coordinate other services

Establish business relationships with CILs

Coordinate community resource contacts

Participate in unit administration

Participate in program development

Develop internal policies

Develop internal procedures

Serve as back-up to Manager

Represent on workgroups

Represent on OIB activities

Complete case service delivery documentation

Maintain case service delivery documentation

Monitor case service delivery documentation

Provide training to OIB Service Specialists

Mentor OIB Service Specialists

Interact with individuals

Interact with community agencies

Participate in planning group skills activities

Lead planning for group skills activities

Provide instructions during group skills training

Perform related work as directed
