mobilization of vessels
cable and equipment management
installation procedures
personnel involved in operations
compliance with statutory
preliminary verification of test/certification
correct use during operations
respect of predefined maintenance
prepare installation assets
Project constraints and specification
Client relationship care
Supervision of Subcontractors
Interface with Installation Department Management

preparing documentation
